GREAT CAMPOUT!

We had a great time for the PWA campout in September. We didn't break the record, but got very close....at 164 campers! The dates for the 2010 campout are set for May 14-16 2010. Hope to see you there!

Last Call

The PWA campout is one week from today. If you haven't gotten your applications in yet, and still want to go, please email robert@lvlpwa.com and let him know. It's going to be a great time. The weather has cooled off and we have over 150 guys registered for the event. Come out and join us!

FALL CAMPOUT APPROACHING

The fall PWA Campout is getting closer, hopefully the heat will break by then. Time to definitely get your apps in the mail. If you are a little late, thats ok..we wont turn people away, we have plenty of room. Fall 2009 campout

The Fall PWA Campout is being held at the TCC landsite the weekend of September 18-20. Applications should be out in a month or so....hopefully this time we will have online registration. If you click on "campout info" , you can find all the pertinent info about the campouts. As usual the campout is $25 dollars for the whole weekend, which includes all the food, drinks, snacks and entertainment.

WOW

Thats a good word to describe last weekend's campout. 167 campers shatters the old record....amazing weather, amazing fun. It's gonna be hard to top this one, but we will try to do just that in September. Keep an eye out on this page for the apps which should be out later on in the summer.

Huge campout

Ok......we have about 180 campers registered as of this posting......a HUGE amount of campers. This is going to easily be the biggest campout yet. We dont know how many will actually show, or how many will show up without registering, but I feel pretty good that we will shatter our old record. Looks to be perfect weather, no rain, plenty of mild , warm days.

Crunch Time

Since we are now about 2 weeks out from the campout....if you still plan to attend and haven't registered yet, please email robert@lvlpwa.com and let him know. You can bring your applications, and other paperwork with you to registration.

CAMPOUT TIME!

The campout is 3 weeks away. If you are coming, we would like to have the applications in by the end of April to get a good headcount in order to purchase supplies. The campout looks to be one of our biggest yet..so it will be lots of fun.

May 2009 CAMPOUT

The spring PWA Campout will be held May 8-10 at the Texas Conference of Clubs landsite. Applications should be up soon, and this year you will be able to register online.

After Campout

We had a great time this last campout. 133 guys came out and enjoyed themselves. Our September campout also falls on an "activity weekend", which is a monthly work weekend at TCC. The PWA campers were a huge help in cutting down dead trees, getting them cut up and taken to the wood piles. Lots of thanks go out to these guys! Next campout is tenatively set for May 2009, keep an eye out for updates.

Down To The Wire

It's getting close to campout time! If you don't have your apps in by now, please get them sent right away. If you even think you are going to attend and havent sent your app yet, please email Robert at : robert@lvlpwa.com
and let him know that you plan to attend. We have to buy supplies ahead of time so we need an accurate count. We have over 100 registered now and we always get a late minute rush, so it will be a festive campout! See you guys there.

1 Month To Go

The PWA Campout is one month away and counting. Please fill those applications out and get them in soon. The weather looks like the heat wave may have broken, so hopefully it wont be too hot out there! The pool is always inviting if it is a little hot. Looks like applications are coming in fairly steady, so it will be a great group of guys. Hope to see you out there.

Fall 2008 Campout

Seems like the last one just ended and now it's time for the next one! The party never ends. The Fall campout is September 19-21 at Buzzard's Peak...the TCC site. Post Campout

We had a great time at the campout! 127 guys came out and had fun in the woods. We even managed to get a little work done. Check out the pics on the new PWA website http://www.lvlpwa.com . The applications for the September campout are out now and available on the site.

We have well over 100 men coming so it will be a great time. I understand gas prices are certainly an issue, which is a great reason to grab a buddy and carpool!
